Due to the global pandemic, entrepreneurs have not only had to transfer their activities to the digital world, but have also realized that this was not enough. Without an in-depth understanding of users’ needs and behaviors, they have no chance of building an advantage in a record-breaking competitive market. That’s where smarter analytics comes to their rescue, and Polish startup cux.io is responsible.

Paulina and Kamil Walkowiak — cux.io Founders

UX automation is not sci-fi, it’s a fact. The increasing amounts of data gathered by entrepreneurs contain the key to their business’ success — qualitative analysis, predicting user behavior, finding frustration points, inference based on business goals. Unfortunately, apart from a lack of time for analytics, the market also increasingly lacks the necessary skills.

CUX.io is a Polish startup specializing in the use of machine learning for predictive analysis. The new version of the tool allows to limit the processing of huge amounts of data and indicators while focusing on business goal-based inference. The application sends alerts, indicates places of customer frustration, presents the scale of potential problems and prepares data for ready-made solutions. A significant step towards the automation of User Experience design processes is the intelligent pointing of users’ journeys for selected products and predicting which customer behavior will affect the increase in sales, and which will inhibit this process.

We know the problems of modern digital businesses, and we respond to them. After a year of market research and observation, we managed to introduce a new category of tools, which is UX Automation — says Paulina Walkowiak, CEO of cux.io — Time is the biggest currency, so our application not only carries out a large part of the analysis for the user, but also supports drawing conclusions based on business goals, or indicates user frustration points.

Thanks to machine learning, cux.io is able to provide users with ready-made insights and optimization tips oriented on business goals without the need to engage clients in watching recordings of user visits, heatmaps or tedious translation of qualitative data into quantitative data. The main goal is to provide ready-made solutions to increase conversion and eliminate bottlenecks in the customer journey.

Companies felt that, without understanding consumers, they would not be able to build an advantage in the digital products sector. Therefore, we try not only to support them with an innovative tool, but also with training in the efficient use of data and translating experience into numbers that are easier to digest in business, adds Walkowiak.
